Do you work on Sundays?

Yes! It depends on the kind of service you request for though, Wesabi is always available to attend to your domestic service needs.

Can I pay later for your service?

You only get to do so when you have become a regular Client on Wesabi. *Wink*

I hope there are no hidden Charges?

No Hidden charges Involved. Once you get billed, an electronic invoice is sent to you also. The only extra payment you make is VAT; which can be as little as N50.

How much do you charge?

Billing is relative for every client. Only a few services have fixed charges. Not to worry, our workers give very fair prices. For every referral you make to friends, you receive N200 in your e-wallet. Please know that most services require a consultation before a charge is given.

Can I contact the Worker directly?

The choice is yours! you either chose to deal with the worker and not be protected in the case of a Job poorly done/theft/damages to your HOUSEHOLD ITEM or go through Wesabi always!

How do I Pay?

Once you get Billed by the worker, He presents you with an invoice; payment details is in there. Cash payment to artisans isn't advisable. An Electronic Invoice is also emailed immediatly to you for electronic payment. Be rest assured workers are not paid until you are fully satisfied.

How can I Join the Wesabi Network?

Get started by clicking on the link in the menu above "Become a weabi-pro" or send an e-mail to info@wesabi.com to avoid a prolong vetting process.

How Reliable & Trustworthy are your Workers?

* They are recommended to us - either by homeowners, master artisans/craftsmen, certified vocational centers or by our already vetted workers.

* We use BVN to verify their identities, addresses, and bank accounts. By the way, every Wesabi worker has an ID-card so you confirm his identity before letting him in or you get to view his profile via the Whatsapp group created.

* 60% of our workers are City & Guilds and/or Nabteb Certified.

NOTE: You are covered by Insurance in the case of damage or theft and make sure all payments are made to Wesabi to ensure the worker does a complete JOB. These workers are skilled freelancers.
